Emmy has been in Spring Hill since 1993, and graduated from Springstead High School in 2002. She has her Associates Degree from Pasco-Hernando Community College, and working on her Bachelors Degree from The University of South Florida. She has worked in food service/hospitality since 1998, but chose a different road after the birth of her daughter in 2012. "I am inspired by the innocence and joy that radiates from children. I feel like I can influence children in a positive way by keeping their bellies full of healthy, nutritious, and TASTY food! I like the challenge of creating healthy AND fun plates. I love finding creative ways to make a wide variety of foods fun for the kids. Nothing makes my day like the kids telling me how much they enjoy their nutritious snacks & meals!"

Miss Jessica Arts and Crafts
If you want to see Miss Jess in action you most likely will see her creative ability all over our school. Every wall that has a mural is her artwork and gift of love to the children who attend here. She lights every room up with creativity and imagination and inspires the children through a happy room environment (and yes, she does free lance work for others as well).
Miss Jess will be inspiring our students weekly with an creative arts and crafts class that will be earned by those completing their pacework! I am excited to see what will be happening in her class!
